Terms of Use – Galary Cloud

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Galary Cloud app (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to select and upload photos to the cloud. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate laws or rights of others.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions

The Service may offer an optional monthly subscription for premium features. Billing is handled by Apple’s App Store. We do not store your payment information.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant us a license to store and provide the Service. We do not share your content with third parties except to provide the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your account and uploaded photos may be deleted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or security.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
